  • The construction company of this bridge is China Major Bridge Engineering Construction Company Limited.
  • The bridge was designed by the American multinational engineering firm AECOM.

  • Length of the bridge is 6.15 kilometers (20,2000 feet)
  • Width 16.10 meters (59.4 feet).

  • Construction work started on December 6, 2014
  • The bridge is maintained by Bangladesh Bridge Authority and supervised by Korean Expressway and Bangladesh Army.
