Section-7: Operation of motor vehicles and public transport without driving license

Punishment: 6 months imprisonment / 25 thousand rupees fine.

Section-7 If handing over driving license

Punishment: 1 month imprisonment / 5000 rupees fine.

Article-7 In case of violation of any provision of the regulations or license conditions by the foreign national

Punishment: License revoked, unable to drive / fine of Rs. 30,000

Section-69 False license prepared, issued and renewed

Punishment: Imprisonment from 6 months to 2 years / fine of Rs. 100,000- 500,000

Section-70 Driving license by revoked, suspended or revoked driving

Punishment: 3 months imprisonment / fine of Rs. 25,000

Section-71 Conductor in public transport without conductor license

Punishment: 1 month imprisonment / 5000 rupees fine.

Article-72 Driving a motor vehicle without registration
Punishment: 6 months imprisonment / fine of Rs. 50,000.

Section-63 Display and use of fake registration number

Punishment: Imprisonment from 6 months to 2 years / fine up to Rs. 100,000-500,000.

Section-74 If you do not change the ownership of the motor vehicle

Punishment: 1 month imprisonment / 5000 rupees fine.

Section-75 If you drive a motor vehicle without fitness or expired

Punishment: 6 months imprisonment / fine of Rs. 25,000.

Section-7 Textocanless / expired motor vehicle operation

Punishment: A fine of Rs.

Section-7 Driving without route permit / expired motor vehicle

Punishment: 3 months imprisonment / 20,000 rupees fine.

Article-7 If the foreign national does not accept the route permit of the motor vehicle of his country

Punishment: 30,000 rupees fine.

Article 79 If a personal motor vehicle is used commercially,

Punishment: 3 months imprisonment / fine of 25000 rupees and 1 point deduction.

Section-70 Failed to display fare chart in public transport and collected extra fare and deducted 1 point.

Punishment: 1 month imprisonment / 10000 rupees fine.

Section-61 Contract Carriage (CNG) Meter Illegally altered, charged extra or demanded.

Punishment: 6 months imprisonment / fine of Rs. 50,000 / – and 1 point deduction.

Section-72 If illegal structures are erected on the side of the highway or not removed immediately.

Punishment: 2 years imprisonment / fine 50000-500,000 rupees

Section-74 If a motor vehicle is resized without the permission of the designated authority,

Punishment: 1 year to 3 years imprisonment / fine of Rs. 300,000.

Punishment: 1 year imprisonment / 100,000 rupees fine.

Section- 90 Unauthorized parking or unloading of passengers or goods except at designated places

Punishment: 5000 rupees fine.

Section-91 on highways in violation of speeding regulations

Punishment: 5000 rupees fine.

Section-92 (1) In case of violation of general directions of motor vehicle- (Drinking alcohol, driving by conductor, driving in reverse direction, 3 persons riding on motorcycle and driving without helmet, picking up passengers while moving and driving on sidewalk)

Punishment: 3 months imprisonment / 10000 rupees fine.

Section-92 (2) Violation of Part 2 of the General Directions for Motor Vehicles (talking on mobile phone, no seatbelt obstruction, bad behavior, carrying extra passengers, carrying other passengers in reserved seats)

Punishment: 1 month imprisonment / 5000 rupees fine

Section-93 Transportation of explosives or combustible substances in motor vehicles

Punishment: 1 month imprisonment or a fine of 5000 rupees

Section-102 Failure to comply with orders and provide information

Punishment: 1 month imprisonment / fine of 10000 thousand rupees.

The fine money is a little more or less in different places.

The waiver / reduction of fines is under the jurisdiction of Superintendent of Police (SP) Mahaday.
