During the holidays, take the leaves of the cow rezala

Beef-1 kg

Sour yogurt-1 cup

Onion batter-3 tsp

Ginger paste-2 tsp

Garlic paste-1 tsp

Chilli powder-2 tsp

Chilli powder-1 tsp

Almond batter-2 tsp

Oil-1/2 cup

Garam masala powder-1 tsp

Bay leaf, cardamom, cinnamon-2 each

Cumin powder-1 tsp

Keora water-little (optional)


prepared method

1. First cut the meat into small pieces. If you want, you can cut it into medium size pieces. Then wash well and drain the water.

2.Mix the meat with ginger batter, garlic batter along with chilli powder, cumin powder and whipped sour curd and salt in quantity and marinate it well.

3. It is better to leave the spiced meat for an hour and if there is time, then if there is a shortage of time, it can be cooked immediately.

4. Heat oil in a large pan and boil bay leaves and whole garam masala. Then stir for a while with the onion batter.

5.Finally pour the marinated meat in it. It should be taken slowly and well. You can give little water while grinding.

6. When the oil floats after draining, add enough water. Now cover with a lid and cook the meat. Keep the heat of the stove on medium.

After a while lift the lid and shake it so that the gravy does not burn. The beef will take some time to cook.

7. When the meat is cooked, add almond paste and garam masala powder. Then reduce the heat of the stove completely.

Now shake it well and keep it for five to ten minutes. You can add a little coconut water before taking it down.

Now serve hot beef rezala with polao or white rice.
